OKULUMUZ COMENIUS OKUL ORTAKLIĞI HAKKINDA BİLGİLENDİRME

2010 yılında okulumuz İngilizce Öğretmeni Ayhan DUYGULUOĞLU’nun Almanya Münihte katılımıyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz Comenius Okul Ortaklığı başvurumuz 23.000 Euro hibe desteği ile kabul edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda projemiz Ağustos 2012 yılına kadar devam edecek ve bu süreçte erkek ve kadınların toplumsal rolleri üzerine proje ekibine seçilen öğrenciler ve öğretmenler tarafından değişik aktiviteler gerçekleştirilecektir. Projemiz Almanya, İtalya ve İspanya olmak üzere toplam 3 ortakla yürütülecek ve bu ülkelerin her birine 2 yıl boyunca proje dahilindeki aktiviteleri gerçekleştirmek üzere seyahatler düzenlenecektir. Başvuru aşamasında olmasına rağmen Polonya’nın ortaklığı teknik bir hatadan dolayı gerçekleşememiştir ancak sadece aktivitelere katılmak şartıyla Polonya da proje ekibine dahil edilmiştir.  Bu aktivitelere ilişkin etkinlikler internet sitemiz üzerinden paylaşılacaktır. Ayrıca bu aktiviteler projemize ait internet sitesinden de yayınlanacaktır. Projemize ait bilgi edinmek isteyenler henüz geliştirme aşamasında olduğumuz aşağıdaki internet sitesinden faydalanabileceklerdir. Proje ekibine dahil edilecek öğrencilerle ilgili bilgiler bu siteye daha sonra yüklenecek ve bu sayede bu öğrenciler diğer ortak ülkelerdeki proje ekibine dahil öğrencilerle iletişim kurabileceklerdir.

Projeye dahil edilecek öğrenciler henüz belirlenme aşamasındadır ve bu konuda yetki belirli kriterlere uymak koşuluyla sınıf öğretmenlerine bırakılmıştır. Seçilecek öğrencilerde en önce aranan kriter gönüllülük ve İngilizce konuşabilme kabiliyeti olacaktır. Seçilen öğrenciler daha sonra okulumuz ve projemiz internet sitesinden duyurulacaktır. Yurtdışı hareketliliklerine katılacak öğrenciler bu proje ekibinden seçilecek, yine kimlerin katılacağına karar verirken projede gerçekleştirilecek aktivitelere katkı en önemli kriter olarak ele alınacaktır. Proje iletişim dili İngilizce ve Almanca’dır.

Projeye ilişkin detaylar proje ekibine seçilenlerle yapılacak toplantıda ayrıntılı olarak ele alınacak ve proje ekibindekiler detaylı olarak bilgilendirilecektir. Proje kapsamında ilk aşama proje ekibinde olan öğrenciler kendilerini tanıtıcı slayt ya da film hazırlayacak ve bunlar siteye yüklenecektir. Bunun dışında proje detaylarını görüşmek ve son ayrıntıları gözden geçirmek amacıyla okulumuz 25-28 Kasım 2010 tarihleri arasında İtalya’nın Sardinya adasındaki Cagliari şehrinde bir toplantıya katılacaktır. Bu toplantıya okulumuz adına okul müdürümüz İsmail KÜÇÜKKAHVECİ ve okulumuz İngilizce Öğretmenleri Şevki KALKAVAN, Hatice KAYA ve Ayhan DUYGULUOĞLU katılacaklardır. Projede yerine getirilmesi gereken aktiviteler her aya göre aşağıya çıkartılmıştır.

The web site of the project will be published. Students will upload their presentations to introduce themselves to students from the other countries. The logo to represent the whole project is prepared by students.

2Oct 2010
First visit to Italy. Only teachers. In this visit teachers will revise the whole project just to check that everybody has understood the development of the project.

3Oct 2010
Questionnaires will be prepared by students to start their investigations about the interests of both genders in their educational lives in their local communities.

4Nov 2010
Role plays are written by students. They also prepare their role plays, scenery, clothes, etc, before the first visit to Spain. Posters of role plays are prepared for the first visit.

5 Jan 2011
First visit with students to Spain. Role plays will be performed and recorded to make a DVD.
Discussions after performances will teach students about the different countries culture.

6 Jan 2011
Questionnaires for the following visit will be prepared by students about the following topic: what families think about gender differences in their education in their local communities.

7 Feb 2011
Role plays are written by students. They prepare their role plays, scenery, clothes, etc, before the second visit to Turkey. Posters of role plays are prepared for the second visit

8April 2011
Second visit with students to Turkey. Second role play will be performed and second DVD recorded.Discussions after performances will teach students about the culture in the different countries.

Questionnaires for the following visit will be prepared by students about whether there is a difference between the genders in terms of getting jobs.

10Oct 2011
Role plays are written by students. They prepare their role plays, scenery, clothes, etc before the third visit to Germany. Posters of role plays are prepared for the third visit.

11 Jan 2012
Third visit with students to Germany. Third role play will be performed and third DVD recorded. Discussions after performances will teach students about the different countries culture.

12 Feb 2012
Contest to decide which is the best role play of each country. The web site will play a very important role. The winner role plays will be performed again in the last visit to Poland by different students. Posters with winner role plays are prepared.

13April 2012
Fourth visit with students to Poland. Best role-plays from each country are performed. Fourth DVD recorded. Students say what has most impressed them from the other cultures.

14May 2012
DVDs from all visits are recorded and edited.

15 June 2012
A project diary of the whole project. Each country prepares theirs and all of them are joined in the same document.

ÖNEMLİ NOT:

Proje ekibine öğrenci seçimi proje 2 yıl süreceği için 9-10 ve 11. sınıflarda yapılmış, 12. sınıflardan dil bilen öğrenciye ihtiyaç duyulduğu için sadece 12 DİL A sınıfı seçilmiştir. Bu hususta 9-10 ve 11. sınıflardan öğrenci seçimi 24 EYLÜL CUMA günü saat 13:30 a kadar bitmiş olacak ve bu tarihten sonra zorunlu kalınmadıkça ekipte herhangibir ekleme çıkarma yapılmayacaktır.

Proje ekibine seçilen öğrencilerle 27 EYLÜL PAZARTESİ günü saat 12:30 da bilgilendirme toplantısı yapılacaktır. Toplantıda ekibe 1 başkan, 1 başkan yardımcısı, 3 yazman ve 5 kişiden oluşacak bir medya koordinasyon ekibi oluşturulacak ve bu kişilerin görevleri kendilerine ayrıntılı olarak anlatılacaktır. Bu toplantıya geçerli ve çok önemli bir mazereti olmayan tüm öğrencilerin katılması önemle rica olunur. Bütün ekibe şimdiden başarılar diliyorum. Saygılarımla.
